Systems Thinking Capstone Project: A Tale of Two Screens: Comparative Analysis of Netflix Australia Top 10
Using Netflix Australia’s Top 10 data, I built an automated data pipeline in R to analyse how local audiences engage with international content. I built an end-to-end reproducible data pipeline using R (tidyverse) and R Markdown to analyse how local audiences engage with international content. To measure the exact “staying power” of English versus non-English titles, I performed advanced inferential statistics including Mann-Whitney U tests and Kaplan-Meier Survival Analysis. Finally, I calculated Gini and HHI indices to model content concentration and dominance, turning complex viewing behaviours into clear, data-driven insights on content longevity.

Capstone Project: Consumer Well-being Analysis: Are consumers happier if they can buy whatever they want?
Conducted a validated research study on Consumer Well-being (CWB) involving 500 respondents across the northern region of the Philippines to analyse the impact of consumer experiences on life satisfaction.
Utilised judgment sampling and survey methodologies to evaluate the predictive relationship between acquisition, consumption, possession, and disposal satisfaction and overall quality of life.
Applied theoretical frameworks, including Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and Bottom-up Theory, to interpret consumer behavior and its influence on community-based well-being.
